We will install charging infrastructure throughout the entire car park ready for individual chargers to be added to each bay quickly, easily and cost effectively as required. The network is set up to be future proof and grow with demand. We can claim any relevant government grants on your behalf significantly reducing the cost of providing EV charging in your building.
INSTALL INDIVIDUAL CHARGEPOINTS
Once the charging infrastructure has been installed, we can add chargepoints to specific bays at any point in the future. With the network and cabling already set up it is simple and affordable for your residents to install a charger or for you to provide charging access for your employees.
DYNAMIC LOAD MANAGEMENT
Our dynamic load management system monitors the available power and distributes this evenly to all chargers on the network. Every user can charge simultaneously but without the expense of costly upgrades to the power supply which can be prohibitive. The system manages the power so that the circuit is never overloaded and uses the power in the most efficient way possible.
OPERATION, BILLING AND PAYMENTS
All chargers are operated by the Plug App which records the consumption of each user, payment is made via the App then paid across to you at regular intervals. Each user will only pay for the electricity they have used and this allows for simple and fair reconciliation without having to recover the electricity costs through the communal service charge. We are able to set tariffs to suit your individual circumstances and provide you with real time usage reports.
ONGOING MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT
We provide a comprehensive warranty and scheduled maintenance program on all of our installations. For chargepoint users there is 24/7 app and telephone support available.
